Job summary

Walmart is seeking a driver-trainer expert to develop and deliver training programs for Driver Trainees across Regional Training Centers. You will facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, train leaders, and monitor One Best Way compliance to ensure operational excellence.

You will engage with Fleet Development teams, conduct audits, and drive improvement opportunities while aligning with Walmart’s ethics and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid interstate CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• 3 years’ experience in a Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the last 7 years.
• No serious traffic violations or DOT recordable accidents in the last 3–10 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to Driver Trainees and Fleet Development leadership.
• Lead classroom and virtual training sessions, including VR training usage.
• Conduct audits and ensure One Best Way compliance across Regional Training Centers.
