Job summary

Walmart Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Driver Trainer to develop and facilitate Trainer content for the Driver Trainee program. You will work with senior leaders to ensure effective delivery and consistency across regional training centers.

Responsibilities include coaching participants, auditing content, and guiding change initiatives while upholding Walmart's standards of integrity and customer focus. This position requires CDL-A and hands-on driving experience.

Qualifications

• CDL-A with Hazmat endorsement or eligibility within 120 days of hire.
• 3 years’ experience in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer position in the last 7 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No serious violations in the last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the last 10 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Driver Trainee programs and training content with senior leaders.
• Provide feedback to participants and partner with Learning Content Development teams.
• Develop and implement business solutions and monitor progress in Fleet Development.
• Ensure One Best Way compliance across Regional Training Centers and conduct risk assessments.
• Deliver training using multiple modalities and support change initiatives.
