SIXT is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Development Analyst in Fort Lauderdale to support pricing strategy, commercial initiatives, and performance analysis across North America. You will leverage data, market intelligence, and analytical insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize commercial performance, and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with capacity to interpret large datasets and identify trends.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python or similar tools.
• Understanding of pricing strategy, market dynamics, profitability drivers, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present insights and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, market trends and performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage pricing analyses, promotions, reporting, and commercial projects across markets and channels.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Fleet Strategy and other teams.
• Maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, competitive intelligence, pricing models and ad hoc analyses.
• Evaluate commercial data, market intelligence and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Assist leadership with commercial development initiatives, pricing recommendations, forecasting, and process improvements.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support pricing strategy by analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and commercial performance to identify opportunities that drive revenue and profitability
• You manage pricing analyses, promotional initiatives, business reporting, and commercial projects that optimize performance across multiple markets and distribution channels
• You liaise with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Fleet Strategy, and other cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• You maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, competitive intelligence, pricing models, and ad hoc analyses that provide leadership with actionable business insights
• You receive and evaluate commercial data, market intelligence, competitor activity, and performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and revenue optimization strategies
• You assist leadership with commercial development initiatives, pricing recommendations, forecasting support, process improvements, and special projects that contribute to business growth

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education & Experience You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Experience in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, strategy, consulting, or business analysis is preferred
• Analytical Expertise You possess strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and develop actionable business recommendations
• Technical Skills You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or other analytical tools is highly desirable
• Commercial Acumen You understand pricing strategy, market dynamics, customer behavior, profitability drivers, and business performance metrics
• Communication & Collaboration You demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ownership & Execution You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
