Job summary

Evolution Well Services (EVO) is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead fleet activities across the region, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate asset utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle costs while partnering with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Data Technology.

You will mentor Operations Managers and field staff, drive continuous improvements, and align with EVO’s safety standards and digital goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years supervisory experience in hydraulic fracturing.
• Proven leadership with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Advanced skills in PowerBI, PowerApps, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Lead asset management, cost control, and CAPEX planning.
• Promote safety culture and enforce company policies.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Mentor Operations Managers and field personnel.
