Job summary

The Operations Manager, Evolution Well Services (EVO), is responsible for the overall leadership and operational excellence of assigned fleets. This role oversees comprehensive fleet operations—including asset utilization, maintenance, dispatch, and lifecycle cost management—while ensuring safety, compliance, and alignment with company and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 7–10 years of supervisory experience in hydraulic fracturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize, lead projects to completion and manage safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned EVO fleets for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize R&M costs, CAPEX, and COGS in budgets.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Engineering and Data Technology.
• Mentor Fleet Managers and engage with customers to meet goals.
