Job summary

Evolution Well Services seeks an Operations Manager to lead fleet operations with a focus on asset utilization, maintenance, dispatch, and lifecycle cost management. This role partners with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Data Technology to drive safety, cost control, and continuous improvement.

The position oversees Fleet Managers, engages with customers, and ensures operations meet safety, efficiency, and integrity standards across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 7–10 years supervisory experience in hydraulic fracturing.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms (Power BI, Power Apps).
• Strong communication, leadership, and safety-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned EVO fleets for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and optimize maintenance costs, CAPEX, and COGS; coordinate with Procurement to streamline parts supply.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures; maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Lead budget planning with Accounting/Finance and communicate goals to support strategic objectives.
• Supervise Fleet Managers and field personnel; set milestones and drive projects to completion.
• Communicate with customers to align on logistics and digital/operational goals; collaborate with Data Technology.
• Develop and implement automation to enhance control system capabilities and vehicle management.
