Job summary

Evolution Well Services (EVO) is seeking an Operations Manager, Field Operations, to lead and optimize fleets across PA/OH/WV. You will oversee asset utilization, maintenance, dispatch, and lifecycle cost management while ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will partner with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Data Technology to drive cost control, digital integration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned EVO fleets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and optimize repair and maintenance (R&M) costs, manage capital expenditures (CAPEX), and control cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Promote a culture of safety by actively engaging with employees and fostering open communication aligned with core values.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to project and maintain annual fleet budgets for R&M, CAPEX, and COGS.
• Supervise Fleet Managers; mentor and monitor field personnel performance and progression.
• Communicate directly with customers to ensure needs are met and align with EVO’s digital and operational goals.
