Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling seeks a Region Vehicle Maintenance Manager to provide strategic leadership across multiple locations, directing Maintenance Managers, and driving fleet performance. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence while developing teams and refining processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of multi-location experience, CDL preferred, and proficiency with SAP, Windows, Excel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience managing multiple locations.
• CDL preferred.
• Windows, Word & Excel; SAP software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Maintenance Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive quarterly audits of preventive maintenance, road calls, warranty recovery, and parts inventory management.
• Ensure maintenance operations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards across sites.
• Build department capability through hiring, training, and performance management within budgeted hours.
• Serve as liaison to Regional and Area leadership with regular fleet and equipment status updates.
