Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling seeks a Region Vehicle Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple locations in the Covington region. You will lead Maintenance Managers, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and own fleet and container maintenance accountability.

Strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance are essential. The role requires 5 years of multi-site management experience, CDL preferred, and proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and SAP.

Qualifications

• 5 years of industry experience managing multiple locations
• CDL preferred
• Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel; SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight to Maintenance Managers across multiple locations
• Drive operational excellence through audits of preventive maintenance, road calls, warranty recovery, and parts inventory
• Ensure maintenance operations meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Build maintenance department capability through hiring, training and performance management
• Own maintenance financial performance and budgeted costs across repairs, personnel, purchasing, and inventory
