You will lead strategic planning for maintenance, replacements, and safety programs, while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and reduce environmental impact. A strong background in fleet leadership and budget management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in fleet management or operational leadership.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fleet software.
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of regional vehicle fleet across locations.
• Develop policies to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Monitor costs, utilization, and compliance; report to leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate contracts and reduce expenses.
• Lead fleet technicians and shop staff; promote safety and continuous improvement.
• Plan fleet utilization, preventive maintenance, and vehicle replacement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance driver safety and environmental impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
