Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across multiple service locations in Terre Haute, IN and surrounding areas. You will lead supervisors, shop leaders, and technicians to keep 90+ heavy-duty vehicles and assets performing at high uptime.

You will manage budgets, vendor relations, and safety compliance while driving efficiency and cost control. A strong background in preventive maintenance and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing fleet maintenance operations, multiple shops, or regional maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and fleet operations.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and vendor partnerships.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety programs; ability to ensure compliance.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office; coaching and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations across 5+ service and repair facilities, overseeing supervisors and technicians for 90+ assets.
• Own regional fleet maintenance performance, including budget, labor costs, inventory, and capital planning.
• Direct preventive maintenance programs and reliability initiatives to maximize uptime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards through audits.
• Recruit and develop maintenance personnel, driving workforce planning and performance.
