Job summary

Renew Fitness / Club Pilates is seeking a Regional Studio Manager to oversee performance, operations, and growth across multiple locations. You will drive revenue, coach leaders, and ensure brand standards while delivering exceptional member experiences.

The role requires a results-driven leader with a passion for fitness, staff development, and customer excellence, traveling as needed between studios to align operations and strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.
• Proven success in sales leadership and revenue growth.
• Strong ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and implementing performance improvement strategies.
• Ability to travel between studio locations as needed.
• Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across memberships, retail, private training, and programs while meeting regional sales and profitability goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers, Sales Associates, and Pilates Instructors to maximize performance.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple studio locations, ensuring policy, safety, and brand standards compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and overall studio performance for operational excellence.
• Analyze KPIs, sales metrics, retention data, and financial performance to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Lead local marketing, community outreach, networking, and partnerships to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Address escalated member concerns and promote exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, accountable, growth-oriented culture focused on long-term business success.
