Job summary

Aligned Fitness Holdings is seeking a Regional Manager in Florida to drive growth while upholding our mission to inspire communities to invest in health through Pilates. You will build leaders across General Managers, Education Coordinators, Lead Instructors, and Instructor Managers, while delivering sales targets and ensuring consistent brand standards.

You will oversee studio performance region-wide, develop budgets, monitor membership trends, and coordinate marketing and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-studio operations and growing membership across a region.
• Ability to build leaders who align with core values and mission.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, staff development, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Put the Right People in the Right Seats and ensure staff have necessary information and skills.
• Drive membership growth and engagement across region; meet quarterly sales goals.
• Develop monthly sales goals with GMs to ensure regional growth.
• Oversee presale, soft open, and grand open phases for studios within region.
• Monitor retail, private training, and membership promotions; coordinate marketing plans.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of General Managers in region.
• Manage and respond to membership issues, retain employees, and ensure studios meet performance targets.
• Coordinate instructor scheduling and daily operations; ensure proper staffing and scheduling.
