Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC seeks a District Manager to oversee operations for multiple Pilates studios, guide General Managers, and drive membership growth across the district. You’ll manage sales, retail, and instructor performance while implementing initiatives to reduce attrition and maximize revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and data-management skills, with experience in multi-location fitness sales preferred. A results-oriented, professional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-location retail/service or fitness sales management.
• Ability to lead and mentor General Managers and Sales Associates.
• Experience managing revenue streams across locations (memberships, retail, training).
• Strong communication and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts and membership growth across multiple studios.
• Oversee grassroots marketing and community networking at the district level.
• Support and guide General Managers in executing the sales process to drive prospects into intro classes.
• Hire, train, and manage General Managers and Sales Associates within the district.
• Analyze revenue and attendance reports via ClubReady and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Ensure all studios maintain cleanliness and organization in line with company standards.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
