National Fitness Partners is seeking an Operating Partner to drive operational excellence across Asheboro and Thomasville clubs. You will lead teams to meet KPIs, ensure cleanliness and client experience, and repair basic Life Fitness/Matrix equipment when needed.

A Fitness Trainer certification and Matrix technician certification are required to model best practices in fitness. The role requires travel between clubs (50-75%) and a starting salary of $75,000 with opportunities for additional

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of multi-unit management experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Certified Matrix Equipment Technician (required).
• Certified Fitness Trainer (required; active standing).
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between clubs (50–75%).

Responsabilités

• Lead 1–3 National Fitness Partners locations with a focus on revenue growth and brand consistency.
• Manage KPI performance, payroll controls, and labor budgeting.
• Model servant leadership and mentor staff to reduce turnover.
• Oversee front desk activities, safety, cleanliness, and member experience.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions with staff training.
• Ensure OSHA/ADA compliance and basic equipment maintenance.
