Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple locations and developing leaders.
• Strong sales background with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Experience in fitness or membership-driven environments preferred.
• Strong business acumen with financial and operational metrics experience.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance and operations of multiple studio locations.
• Directly coach and develop General Managers and studio leadership teams.
• Drive regional revenue growth and sales goal achievement.
• Monitor KPIs: lead generation, booking/show/close rates, memberships, and retention.
• Conduct regular studio visits and maintain leadership presence across locations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Partner with corporate leadership to ensure policy and training execution.
• Lead regional manager meetings and communicate priorities and updates.
• Support regional events, workshops, and member appreciation activities.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams on leadership development and training.
