Job summary

Workout Anytime is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee existing clubs and develop new locations across multiple states. You will lead by example, drive sales, and ensure operations align with the brand's values while managing budgets and staff across locations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in fitness management, strong coaching and analytical skills, and a proactive, autonomous work style. Paid training and ongoing education programs are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial or regional manager experience in fitness or health clubs.
• Proven sales and operations record with coaching experience.
• Detail-oriented, positive attitude, team player and career-focused.
• Strong computer skills; comfortable with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage costs, track metrics, and implement new ideas.
• Coachable attitude and ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee club sales performance to meet goals.
• Ensure daily operations align with core values and policies.
• Drive profitability and manage budgets across locations.
• Hire, train, and manage club management and sales staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff.
• Visiting area clubs and ensuring policy implementation and brand standards.
