Job summary

BlueSky Resource Solutions seeks a Regional Service Manager to oversee fire protection service operations across multiple locations, focusing on operational performance, financial results, team development, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leadership and strong business acumen to develop teams, improve processes, and grow a service business while managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. Collaboration with installation teams and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in fire protection or related service industry.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations or teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire and life safety inspection, maintenance, repair, and service operations.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, profitability, and operational performance.
• Ability to improve labor productivity, manage backlog, and support recurring revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations across locations including inspections, maintenance, repairs, scheduling, dispatch, and field execution.
• Manage service leaders and partner with branch management to improve performance.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, recurring service revenue, and customer retention.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and service business performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for labor productivity, resource utilization, backlog, quality, and customer responsiveness.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to strengthen service delivery and financial results.
• Develop consistent processes and operating expectations across locations.
• Assess staffing requirements and coach service teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and communicate risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors; resolve escalated service issues.
• Partner with installation teams to transition projects into ongoing inspection and service agreements.
• Ensure adherence to safety requirements, industry standards, codes, and company policies.
