Zusammenfassung

Enfuce is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager to drive Europe-wide growth by identifying and securing strategic partners with regional ecosystem players, including banks, ISVs, consultancies and fintech infra providers. You will own the partner journey from prospecting to onboarding, focusing on commercial opportunities and long-term impact.

The role is senior, high-visibility, working with Sales, Product, and Commercial leadership to align partnerships with Enfuce's growth strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Experience closing strategic partnerships in fintech, payments or embedded finance.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, scheme dynamics and issuer infrastructure.
• Confidence navigating complex commercial, legal and compliance discussions.
• Commercial instinct with a proactive hunter mindset.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders across financial services and technology.
• Fluent English plus at least one additional European language (Spanish, Italian or Polish) with regional networks.

• Develop regional partnership strategies to support expansion into new European markets.
• Lead outbound partner development from research through to signed agreement.
• Craft compelling partner propositions that support co-sell, integration and referral models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Build relationships with regional ecosystem players, consultancies and market influencers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and track commercial impact.
• Negotiate partnership agreements that create long-term value for both parties.
