Job summary

Martin Marietta seeks a Senior Analyst to join the West Division Finance team. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, the role supports the Pacific Region with financial statement, commercial, operational, capital expenditure, and strategic analyses while ensuring GAAP adherence and internal controls.

The position offers growth through data-driven insights, presentation development for leadership, and collaboration across internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or strategy.
• Ability to multi-task, support multiple customers/assignments and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into information, information into insights and insights into value creation.
• Ongoing quantitative analysis, KPIs, tool development and insights to inform decisions.
• Empower leadership with data-driven insights to drive organizational success.
• Assist in developing executive presentations for leadership and C-suite.
• Provide due-diligence support for organic investment opportunities and ROI thresholds.
• Build and maintain relationships across the organization and internal customers.
• Support strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
• Partner on GAAP adherence and compliance with financial controls and billing with centralized accounting.
