Zusammenfassung

Martin Marietta is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst to join the West Division Finance team, supporting the Rocky Mountain Region with financial analysis across statements, commercial, operations and capital projects. You will build dashboards, generate insights and contribute to executive-level presentations.

The role requires 2–4 years in finance/analysis, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and dashboard experience (Tableau/Power BI). Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related STEM field.
2–4 years of financial planning, business analysis, or strategy.
Strong analytical and interpersonal/communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; dashboard experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Inform decisions through KPIs, tool development and insights generation.
Empower leadership by transforming questions into data-driven insights.
Assist in executive presentations for local leadership to C-Suite.
Provide due-diligence support for organic investment opportunities.
Build relationships across the organization with internal customers and peers.
Support strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
Partner on GAAP adherence and financial controls with centralized accounting.
Comply with the Company's Mission, Vision and Values and policies.
