Martin Marietta seeks a Business Analytics Analyst to strengthen the Rocky Mountain regional finance team. You will transform data into insights, build dashboards, and support executive presentations for local leadership and the C-Suite.

With 2–4 years of experience in finance or business analysis, you will collaborate across functions, analyze opportunities, and help ensure GAAP compliance while delivering value for the West Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related STEM field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or strategy.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Dashboarding experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into insights that drive value for the Rocky Mountain region.
• Support KPIs, tool development, and data-driven decision making.
• Prepare executive presentations for leadership and C-suite audiences.
• Provide due-diligence support for investment opportunities.
• Maintain relationships across the organization and with partners.
• Ensure GAAP adherence and financial controls compliance.
• Support additional strategic initiatives and projects as assigned.
