Job summary

Martin Marietta seeks a Senior Analyst to join the West Division Finance team. The role supports the Pacific Region by performing financial statement, commercial, operational, capital expenditure, and strategic analyses, while ensuring adherence to financial controls and compliance.

The position reports to the Regional Finance Manager and emphasizes data-driven insights, executive-level presentations, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related STEM field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis, or strategy.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into information, information into insights and insights into value creation.
• Inform business decisions and priorities through quantitative analysis and KPIs.
• Develop executive presentations for audiences from local leadership to C-Suite.
• Provide due-diligence support for organic investment opportunities.
• Build relationships across the organization and with internal customers and peers.
• Support strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by management.
• Partner on GAAP adherence and financial controls, with centralized accounting for billing/payments.
• Operate in line with the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values and Code of Ethical Business Conduct.
