analysis and strategic recommendations.What You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline8+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance or Finance Business PartneringExperience supporting retail, consumer products or multi-site operations is highly preferredExperience working with cross-border or multinational organizationsStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting a multi-unit retail, consumer products, entertainment, or omnichannel business.Previous Finance Business Partner experience supporting Retail, Commercial, Supply Chain, or Operations teams.Strong financial modeling skills, including CAPEX, ROI, and new store investment analysis.Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Advanced Excel skills and experience developing executive-level financial reporting and presentations.Knowledge of inventory management, retail KPIs, margin analysis, working capital, and cash flow management.Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional needed.Pay Range DetailsThe base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
