POP MART is seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner in Culver City, CA to drive performance across retail and multi-site operations. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams including store operations, supply chain, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Experience supporting retail, consumer products or multi-site operations is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering
• Experience supporting retail, consumer products or multi-site operations is highly preferred
• Experience working with cross-border or multinational organizations
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
