Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a Regional Finance Director to join our Princeton, New Jersey division. This role oversees financial planning and analysis across multiple divisions and partners with division leadership.

The position focuses on guiding financial functions, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to improve margins and ROI, with extensive collaboration with senior management and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Applied Mathematics preferred.
• 5–7 years of professional Finance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and Finance practices, including job costing and strategic planning.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Guides all financial functions within the designated Division.
• Business Plan creation, quarterly updates, and semi-annual re-forecast for Management.
• Analyze ROA, Gross Margin, SG&A, and Operating Margin.
• Participate in monthly meetings discussing budget variances and cash flow projections.
• Manage quarterly and annual re-forecasting process.
• Review monthly Division P&L and variance analysis; advise on risk mitigation.
• Support operations with analyses for proformas and ROI improvements.
• Collaborate to develop process improvements and standardized operations.
