Job summary

Toll Brothers is seeking a VP-Regional Controller to lead accounting for a defined U.S. region from our Fort Washington office. The role oversees regional close, financial results, risk, and control environments while partnering with FP&A, operations, and other functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

The position requires a CPA/strong accounting leadership with deep GAAP knowledge, SOX experience, and a track record of driving process improvements across multiple divisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional accounting health, close processes, and control environment.
• Lead and develop Division Controllers and regional accounting teams.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and risk management.
• Support acquisitions from due diligence to integration and reporting.
