Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking a VP-Regional Controller for the Fort Washington, PA region. This senior accounting leader will drive regional financial integrity, close quality, and controllership standards, partnering with FP&A and Operations to optimize processes and controls.

The role emphasizes people leadership, strategic risk management, and execution of Homebuilding Accounting priorities, with on-site collaboration and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, SOX, and internal control requirements.
• Strong leadership, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region; in-office presence required.

Responsibilities

• Own the regional accounting health, accuracy, timeliness, and quality of results.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with risk- and exception-based monitoring.
• Oversee audit activities and ensure findings are resolved and escalated appropriately.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, and other functions to drive decisions.
• Guide acquisitions in the region from due diligence through integration.
• Develop Division Controllers into effective accounting and business leaders.
