Job summary

Keen Search & Staffing, LLC is partnering with a well‑established commercial construction organization to recruit a Regional Finance Director in the Cincinnati region. This on-site leadership role will oversee regional financial planning, analysis, and reporting while aligning project profitability with strategic business goals.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive finance experience in construction, strong project accounting skills, and proven leadership to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive finance or accounting, preferably in commercial construction.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing finance, accounting, or project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Evaluate regional results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Provide executive leadership with timely, accurate financial information and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure financial health, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
• Oversee project-level financial performance, including job costing, WIP reporting, cost-to-complete forecasting, and project profitability.
• Review project budgets, committed costs, change orders, revenue recognition, and estimated costs to complete.
