Job summary

Reports to the CFO and may be located in Cincinnati, OH or Fort Lauderdale, FL offices. You will lead planning, forecasting, and performance analyses across markets, with accountability for cash flow, cost control, and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or construction mgmt; 10+ years in a project-driven business with 5+ years in similar roles.
• Experience supporting multiple locations in a matrix structure and ERP experience; Power BI reporting.
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent certification a plus; GAAP knowledge and construction accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual financial planning with targets and alignment to regional plans.
• Perform scenario planning, risk assessment, and action plans.
• Monitor quarterly forecasts, variances, and cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership on project performance and pricing insights.
• Maintain Vista and Power BI for regional analytics and reporting.
• Ensure internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting across regions.
• Oversee staff performance and professional development.
