Qualifications

• Experience overseeing financial performance across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and SNF reimbursement.
• Comfort working with executive and facility leadership teams.
• Analytical, detailed, and organized.
• Willingness to travel regularly across New Jersey.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities.
• Partner with Administrators, DONs, and leadership to improve outcomes.
• Monitor revenue cycle, billing, collections, and reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
• Coach and educate Business Office Managers and leadership.
