Must have SNF experience and be able to travel throughout Upstate New York. You will partner with facility leadership to optimize revenue cycles, ensure policy compliance, and coach business office teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities.
• Partner with Administrators and facility leadership to improve financial outcomes.
• Monitor revenue cycle: billing, collections, reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and develop action plans.
• Provide coaching and financial education to Business Office Managers.
