Job summary

DOLCE&GABBANA is seeking a Regional Field Trainer to lead education initiatives across the Midwest, elevating product knowledge, selling excellence, and client experience in fragrance, makeup, and skincare in-store and across multiple training formats.

You will partner with retail teams to ensure brand standards are met, tailor content to local markets, drive sell-out performance through on‑the‑ground support, and coordinate logistics for seminars and events across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in training, field education, or beauty/luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences across formats.
• Highly organized with strong project management.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the region.
• Passion for luxury beauty and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead training programs across fragrance, makeup, skincare, and selling skills.
• Drive learner engagement and apply DG education strategy.
• Lead in-store support, product knowledge and events.
• Manage logistics for training deployments and materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements within budget for beauty consultants.
• Lead trainings during Regional Seminars and Go-to-Market events.
