Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in training, field education, or retail within beauty or luxury industries.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to tailor content to local market needs and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead training programs across fragrance, makeup, and skincare in‑store and online formats.
• Drive learner engagement and apply the DG education strategy with empathy.
• Represent and uphold DG values at the point of sale across the West region.
• Coordinate training logistics, materials, and events within budget.
• Lead regional seminars and sales meetings with effective content delivery.
