Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a dynamic Regional Field Trainer to lead education initiatives across the Southwest, delivering product knowledge, selling excellence, and client experience in fragrance, makeup, and skincare across stores and events. Travel to Houston, Dallas, or Southern California regions may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of training, field education, or luxury beauty/retail experience.
• Deep knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training formats.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Southwest.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and lead training programs across fragrance, makeup, skincare, and selling skills for diverse audiences.
• Drive learner engagement and apply the DG education strategy.
• Embody DG values and brand image, leading by example at the point of sale.
• Adapt training content to meet audience needs and formats (in-person, in-store, online).
• Provide ongoing in-store support for sell-out initiatives, animations, and events.
• Oversee logistics for training deployments, including materials, hotel bookings, flights, and budget adherence.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and presentations at Regional Seminars and Go-to-Market events.
