Louisiana-Pacific Corporation is seeking a Field Technical Sales Representative for Ohio. This remote role focuses on growing installer accounts, engaging field sales, marketing and G&I to win contractor and builder partnerships, and expanding LP siding product adoption across regions.

You will lead training efforts, maintain certifications, and collaborate with channel partners to reinforce LP’s market position and product excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in building science, architecture or related field.
• 5+ years in construction, building products industry.
• Experience in wood composites industry desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual revenue growth targets for the region.
• Lead direct reports and develop talent for future career growth.
• Ensure strong relationships and integration with Field Sales to align regional goals.
• Contribute to strategic goals through technical services to customers, builders, contractors, distributors, dealers and officials.
• Deliver value-added training to customers, builders, municipalities, and channel partners.
• Maintain local and regional product certifications and approvals.
• Support training management systems for customers and field teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and outside sources to market LP products and services.
• Ensure training of customers on proper product use, installation and maintenance.
