Job summary

White Castle seeks a Regional Field Technician to maintain restaurant technology and support essential business operations. You will install, repair and support hardware and software, coordinate with vendors and the Home Office, and ensure downtime is minimized across multiple locations.

The role requires 3–5 years of technical experience or a related degree/certification, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• College degree or certification or a minimum of 3–5 years of technical experience is required.
• College degree in Electronic, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable experience of a minimum of 3–5 years is required.
• A minimum of 5 years in-depth knowledge of White Castle's Operations and Procedures is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in installation of LAN/CAT5 networking, cable making & wall jack termination, audio/PA systems, alarms, circuit boards is required.

Responsibilities

• Must follow PCI compliance rules for credit card PIN pads and pass background checks.
• Install, repair, or replace equipment to maintain information flow and meet company standards.
• Develop training materials for management and castle staff to provide proper hardware/software support.
• Provide 24-hour support for hardware and software needs in the castles.
• Coordinate equipment orders and updates with Castle Systems Administration to meet demands.
