Job summary

White Castle is seeking a Regional Field Technician in New Jersey to maintain restaurant technology and support core operations. You will liaise with vendors and the Home Office, ensuring continuous system uptime across sites.

The role requires 3–5 years of technical experience and hands-on networking, audio/PA systems, alarms, and PC/mobile support, with strong vendor management and troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• College degree or certification or a minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience is required.
• College degree in Electronic, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable experience of a minimum of 3-5 years is required.
• A minimum of 5 years in-depth knowledge of White Castle's Operations and Procedures is required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in installation of LAN/CAT5 Networking, Cable Making & Wall Jack Termination, Audio Systems, PA Systems, Alarms, Circuit Boards is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of personnel or vendor management experience is required.
• Corrigo Enterprise Work Order software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must follow all PCI compliance rules and regulations for credit card PIN pads.
• Install, repair, or replace equipment in the castles to maintain information flow and comply with standards.
• Work with Regional Management to schedule training and develop Training Materials.
• Provide 24-hour support for hardware and software needs in the castles.
• Coordinate all Area DAPL (out loads), Inventory, Database, and Software updates with Castle teams.
• Test new Software and Hardware of POS Systems with Home Office.
• Purchase equipment to maintain stock cost-effectively and document requests in Work Order system.
• Notify management of Updates, Out loads, and Policy changes.
