Job summary

White Castle is seeking a Service Technician to maintain company-operated facilities, including restaurants, offices, and warehouses. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, on-call support, and ensuring brand standards across properties.

The ideal candidate has a two-year technical degree or equivalent field experience, EPA HVAC/R certs, and knowledge of building codes. Travel and after-hours availability are required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent field experience in facility repair and services.
• EPA Certification types I & II for HVAC&R, or able to achieve certification in 6 months.
• Knowledge of Building codes and standards; OSHA 10 hour class experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day hands-on service of assigned buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Troubleshoot facility maintenance issues and respond to internal customer requests.
• Manage facilities invoices and purchases for proper record keeping.
