Job summary

White Castle is seeking a Service Technician to maintain company facilities, grounds and equipment across restaurants and offices. You will perform hands-on repairs, troubleshoot issues, and manage work orders to support a clean, safe brand image.

The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, EPA HVAC&R certification achievable in 6 months, and the ability to work a 24/7 on-call rotation. Excellent communication and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or equivalent field experience in facility repair and services.
EPA Certification types I & II for HVAC&R or able to achieve certification in 6 months.
Knowledge of building codes and OSHA standards; OSHA 10 hour class preferred.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day hands-on service of buildings, grounds and equipment.
Troubleshoot facility maintenance issues and respond to work orders.
Coordinate with supervisors and customers, document work orders via phone, email or electronic systems.
Maintain proper records of invoices, parts and supplies.
Assist in training Service Department team members.
