Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at restaurant locations across the region. You will travel, operate a company vehicle safely, and deliver prompt, reliable service with minimal downtime for restaurant operations.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer support and clear communication with kitchen and management staff, while working independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen, refrigeration, or HVAC experience preferred.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that meets our safety standards.
EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, iPad Use & Familiarity.

Responsibilities

Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
Repair hot-side appliances, refrigeration units, and light HVAC systems.
Operate a company vehicle safely and provide prompt, reliable service.
