Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair large-scale packaging and processing equipment across the Greater South Bend/Chicago area. Travel within a 1-5 hour driver range is required, with a company car provided.

You will troubleshoot electromechanical systems, PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, and 480 V circuitry while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Per diem, paid travel, and profit sharing bonuses enhance the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service experience dealing with Electrical and Mechanical Machinery.
• Troubleshoot large-scale, complex machinery mechanically, electrically, and robotic systems.
• Strong Electrical and Mechanical experience; pneumatic + shop skills required.
• Experience working food processing and/or packaging preferred.
• PLCs, VFDs, Servo Motors, 480v, electrical circuitry.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of large-scale packaging and processing equipment by applying electromechanical expertise and interpreting technical drawings.
• Deliver outstanding customer support while remaining composed and professional.
