Job summary

Premier Tech is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, repair, and optimize automation and packaging systems at customer sites. You will lead diagnostics, perform upgrades, and provide proactive advice to improve uptime and performance.

The role requires extensive travel, strong electromechanical skills, and the ability to train customers on equipment usage. A relevant degree or equivalent experience is expected, with safety and regulatory compliance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or similar in mechanical, electrical or automation is preferred.
• Strong electromechanical and robotics troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience interpreting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic schematics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime by proactively addressing customers’ challenges at sites.
• Advise and train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Integrate customer needs into clear action plans and recommendations.
