Qualifications

• 1–3 years related sales experience; prefer experience with Home Depot.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Proven ability to analyze markets and competitive trends.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Execute regional business plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Merchandising Execution: Conduct regular store visits and audit product placement, signage, pricing and planogram compliance.
• Retail Partner Relationships: Build productive relationships with store managers and coaching retail teams on standards.
• Sales and Business Development Support: Educate THD OSRs on Gibraltar’s portfolio and monitor sales trends.
