Gibraltar Building Products is seeking a Regional Service Manager to act as the primary field liaison between Gibraltar, retail partners and consumers within an assigned territory. You will drive merchandising excellence, support sales growth, and ensure consistent execution of company initiatives and standards.

The role involves store audits, training, and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and district leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years related sales experience; prefer experience with Home Depot.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong time management and organization skills required.
• Proven ability to analyze markets and competitive trends.
• Must travel up to 70% of the time.
