Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, efficient, and professional customer service to growers.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and relocate field hardware systems.
• Work closely with the Technical Support team to resolve issues.
• Accurately report status of tasks and maintain service documentation.
• Complete daily outdoor field work across multiple customer locations.
