Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is offering a Regional Field Service Technician opportunity. The role focuses on training to become a Service Engineer, with extensive mentorship and travel across the United States during the program.

After training, you will support existing and emerging territories and may relocate to a service district. During training, expect up to 50% travel and eventual advancement into a permanent SE position in a U.S. service district.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 0–3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Electronics and/or laboratory science background.
• Completion of Sysmex-certified instrument training.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to any service district in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts with a mentor during training (up to 50%).
• Provide service support in districts after training.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments per specifications.
• Document service activities and maintain records; manage inventory and reports.
• Promote effective communication and teamwork across Sysmex personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
