Job summary

Sysmex is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician in the United States. You will train extensively to become a Service Engineer, travel frequently within the U.S., and support Sysmex instrument systems across districts. The program prepares you for a permanent SE role as opportunities arise.

Expect to relocate if needed and maintain high quality service, with documentation, teamwork, and customer-focused responsibilities emphasized throughout the training and placement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0-3 years in Biomedical Engineering/Electronics; bachelor’s preferred.
• Electronics and/or laboratory science background.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts; mentor and assist with tasks during training.
• Provide service support in designated districts after training.
• Travel up to 50% within the United States during training.
• Possibility to relocate and move into an SE position later.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document all service-related activities accurately.
