Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking a Regional Service Technician to manage a service zone and support other zones to meet SLA targets. The role involves driving to retail or office environments, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and keeping accurate mileage records when using a personal vehicle.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage inventory, and update tickets daily in the web-based system while following safety procedures. Part-time schedule, with evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with technical or field related certifications preferred.
• AS/BS Degree in a related technical field is highly desired but not required.
• Industry certifications such as A+, Net+, Server+ are highly desired.
• Minimum 1 year POS repair, network equipment, and PC repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned service zone and assist in other zones to ensure service calls meet SLA.
• Maintain company vehicle or records for mileage if using personal vehicle and keep vehicle clean and up to date.
• Keep accurate records of inventory movement and use in web-based ticketing system; write clear call notes and resolutions.
