Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician to support Dallas and other U.S. markets. You will install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments, with a defined pathway to a Service Engineer through extensive training.

During training, expect substantial travel nationwide and potential relocation. Candidates need an associate degree or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0–3 years in biomedical/ electronics/ CLS; bachelor’s preferred.
• Willing to relocate to US service districts.
• Valid driver’s license within 90 days.
• Excellent English, verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% during training and up to 75%+ overall.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments to specifications.
• Travel within service districts to mentor and shadow during training.
• Document service activities, manage inventory and service orders.
• Assist with service-related tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
